My dear Massi,

Thank you so much for your sweet letter. The Lecture Bureau New-Masses has invited me to come over for twenty lectures. I really should prefer, if they could do it with a nonpolitical Agency. What do you think? May I come in the beginning of June or in September? I am looking forward for the letter of Alber and Wickes. I suppose you have read of the success of my Memorandum for the poor German refugees. And also I suppose you have read about the terrible danger of kidnapping I escaped.

Kindest regards and my love

yours ever

Ernst Toller.

My Seven Plays are not sold for America.
