I am pleased to read in the „New-York-Times“, that you have published my drama, „Masses and Man“ in the series European Place.
But may I ask you, through whom you have acquired the right to do so? It is so: I have the right for this play, and any contract is to settle with me. All rights which has had Kiepenheuer in former times, are null and void.
